About
Roman Aliev: 19 years of development and marketing for small business. Programmer by education, marketer by experience.
I have been building websites, Telegram bots and AI automation for small businesses for nineteen years. Trained as a programmer, shaped by marketing: today I lead user acquisition for the Tangem product, before that I launched my own projects and projects for clients.
So I treat an order as a business task, not as a list of pages. First I work out where people will come from and what they should do, then I design the site or the bot around that. I write the specification myself: telling me about your business in your own words is enough.
You see the first working version within 48 hours. It makes the direction clear much sooner and leaves far less rework at the end.
I work as a registered self-employed contractor in Belarus with clients from Belarus, Russia, the CIS and beyond.

How I work
First version in 48 hours
A working draft before a polished mockup: a live site shows what works and what is worth changing.
I write the specification
You describe the business, I turn it into a list of what will be built and how to check the result.
An order is a business task
A site or a bot exists for requests, sales or saved time. That is what I design for, not for fashion.
Nothing extra
No pages "for later" and no buttons "just in case": the shorter the path to a request, the more requests you get.
